Over 90 MCEA supporters, new and established, stopped by our Breakfast Open House event to tour our new headquarters and connect with our on-staff experts about our latest projects!

We enjoyed getting to know the names and faces behind the contributions, action alert follow-ups, and petition signatures that help make our work more powerful at the Capitol and in the courts.

Luckily, if you were unable to make it to our Breakfast Open House, we have a second Happy Hour Open House coming up that we'd love to see you at!

See below for more details.

Please join us Wednesday, June 20 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm for an Open House Happy Hour to tour our new space and learn how it will help us be even more effective in defending the Minnesota we love.

Wasteful legislative session ends with massive vetoes

As environmentalists, MCEA folks generally abhor waste. We don’t like to see paper, fuel, and human resources wasted. We reduce, reuse, and recycle. We compost. We avoid waste of precious resources. Still, we are happy that much of the work of the 2018 Legislative Session will end up on the scrapheap.

Water Action Day 2018

Cheers to another great Clean Water Rally in the Capitol's rotunda! Relive the inspiring moments with Winona LaDuke, Sen. Dave Durenberger, clean-water farmer Audrey Arner and roughly 700 voices from throughout the state calling for clean water -- including many young representatives of our next generation of water stewards!

Join us for a power lunch!

Did you know some of Minnesota's biggest electrical power plants will soon be retired and closed? What will replace them - more fossil fuels or clean renewable energy?

Tune into our first ever live-streamed Power Lunch featuring our Energy Program Director Leigh Currie to learn how our work to ensure Minnesota maximizes our renewable energy resources!

The live stream will begin on Facebook at 12:30 PM, lasting a half hour. We'll solicit questions from folks who respond to the Facebook event and answer them live.
